You can’t fill a cup that’s already full. Most of us are hanging on to a lot of energy that is no longer serving us. Anger is an energy that needs to be transmuted so that we can create space for love in our beings. This kundalini yoga meditation will help with opening your heart so the universe can fill it with love.

But let’s  be real, nobody wants  to clean out the basement … or  deal with our challenging emotions. For the most part it is much easier to collect our stuff and stash it out of the way rather than process and deal with it in real time. It isn’t until our anger bubbles over that we decide we can no longer store it in our  body and mind. If we don’t deal with our anger in a product way it can be very damaging to our relationships by undermining the trust and love we seek to foster.

The INSTRUCTION video below will not only explain the meditation but will offer you insight into my personal journey and a roadmap for how you can use this  practice for your own growth. Be sure to watch it to get the full benefit of this post – I believe you will find my story inspirational.  The PRACTICE video  and written instructions are below  as well. The videos are from a workshop at the Meta Space in San Diego back in 2019.

The meditation was published in  KRI Manual “Reaching Me inMe”  by Yogi Bhajan who brought Kundalini Yoga to the west in the late 60’s. Enjoy!
