Trust is the Key that Allows Abundance to Flow to You

By Creativity, kundalini meditation, kundalini yoga, Meditation, Music, Prosperity, yoga

Alignment with Source always brings the heart what it is seeking – abundance, love, freedom are all on their way to us as we speak… We only need to open our heart to allow the blessings to flow into our experience. Appreciation for what is good in our lives and eagerness for what is coming are the keys to embracing our inevitable success.

Imagine that there is a stick that says “prosperity” on one end and “lack” on the other – if we pick up the prosperity side, then we are aligning ourselves with that vibration. If we choose through our thoughts to give energy to the opposite end of that stick then that is what we will attract. The choice is ours – in a vibrational based universe we need to be mindful – of the energy we put out because that is what we will attract.

The meditation described in the above videos will help you activate the prosperity vibration within, as we align with our own creative source chanting “Har” – practice daily with the videos linked below for a while and see what happens – You’ll notice opportunities and money begin coming to you from unexpected places – a sign that the universe is always supporting us when we drop our resistance to the Divine Flow. Enjoy!

Breathe! A Kundalini Yoga Meditation To Burn Inner Anger

By kundalini meditation, kundalini yoga, Meditation, pranayama, yoga

You can’t fill a cup that’s already full. Most of us are hanging on to a lot of energy that is no longer serving us. Anger is an energy that needs to be transmuted so that we can create space for love in our beings. This kundalini yoga meditation will help with opening your heart so the universe can fill it with love.

But let’s  be real, nobody wants  to clean out the basement … or  deal with our challenging emotions. For the most part it is much easier to collect our stuff and stash it out of the way rather than process and deal with it in real time. It isn’t until our anger bubbles over that we decide we can no longer store it in our  body and mind. If we don’t deal with our anger in a product way it can be very damaging to our relationships by undermining the trust and love we seek to foster.

The INSTRUCTION video below will not only explain the meditation but will offer you insight into my personal journey and a roadmap for how you can use this  practice for your own growth. Be sure to watch it to get the full benefit of this post – I believe you will find my story inspirational.  The PRACTICE video  and written instructions are below  as well. The videos are from a workshop at the Meta Space in San Diego back in 2019.

The meditation was published in  KRI Manual “Reaching Me inMe”  by Yogi Bhajan who brought Kundalini Yoga to the west in the late 60’s. Enjoy!
